I have listened to the audio version of this book read by the author Laura Vanderkam . This is a very short audio of around 1 hour. The title of the book caught my attention. As I listened through this whole audio I realized that its just essentially about cultivating habit in mornings before one gets into the drills of the days.
Its filled redundant information and tips that other habit books cover. For anyone looking to be motivate their mornings with some good ideas this book might help.
