“Mental Combat : The Sports Psychology Secrets You Can Use to Dominate Any Event!” has been written by Phil Pierce. I have listened to the audio version of the book narrated by Jay Prichard. The audio length is well over two and half hour. Its an average introduction into sports psychology targeted mainly for sports people involved in some sort of martial arts form. Phil (author) has tried to generalized the discussion into other games and areas of life but the techniques is relevant mostly to combat sports. Its a good summary book on the basics of mental preparedness in games before and during the events. He has provided many advice point-wise or in steps which one may find useful.
