“Fitness Hacks: 50 Shortcuts to Effortlessly Cheat Your Way to a Better Body Today!” is written by Phil Pierce. I have listened to the audio version of the book. Its about 3 hrs in length and narrated by Jay Prichard. Its fantastic book which provides almost all the advice to begin and maintain fitness. There is nothing new, but almost all information has been combined in one book. The information is authentic, I being a fitness enthusiast took lot of time to collect it. Anyone reading this will be gaining lot of info in comparatively short time. On the negative side, I would say, some of the advice need not bother about. Stick to the initial few hacks in each segment to start with.
Rating: 4/5. Very informative, sort of intro guide book. The rating is w.r.t. to usefulness for a newbie in fitness. Simple language and steps to follow.
