“The Millionaire Next Door” is written by Thomas J. Stanley and William D. Danko. I took a long time to read this, though the book was short. Its a book on study of some of the rich people of America. The rich in this case are not any celebrities. The authors present their study, cases and interviews with some of the people. They classify rich in general as the under accumulaters of wealth(UAWs) and prodigious accumulator of wealth (PAWs). Most of the book is a difference between these two classes of people. PAWs will always become richer and their kids too will mostly be rich where as UAWs may end up being bankrupt.
Rating: 3.5/5. The book is based on study, language is simple. It contains statistics, which can be skipped. Some of their findings throw a new perspective into the habit of saving.
