“The Power of Habit:How to Create Good Habits & Break Bad Habits” is authored by Benjamin Chapin and narrated by Jay Prichard. I have listened to an audio version of this book which is about 2 hours in length. There is nothing much to take away from this book except some advantages of having or developing good habits. Author likes to see more of himself as a morning person and theorized the same with respect to the habits one can develop for himself in morning when he would get the most time.
