“The Greatness Guide: Powerful Secrets for Getting to World Class” is written by Robin Sharma. I have listed to the audio version of this book narrated by the author. Its about 4 hours in length. Its a good book with lot of good advice and some personal experience on those advice shared to us. The book has around 101 short chapters. It is meant for individual, professionals and organization. I guess the book is more biased towards building a better organization. If you have previously read any of his other books then you may expect the same revelation here too.
